Secolare is a single estate extra virgin olive oil. Its name derives from the age of the trees in this olive grove situated between Lake Trasimeno and Lake Chiusi where the borders of Umbria and southern Tuscany meet. Here we have 200 olive trees some of which are hundreds of years old.

A mature grove it features a mix of Moraiolo, Dolce Agogia, Correggiolo and Leccino cultivars making for a delicate flavour with a slightly piquant aftertaste!
